Our company is a 100% Hungarian-owned family business engaged in the construction of prefabricated houses made of SIP panels.
In harmony with the increasingly strict system of requirements for building energy in Hungary, we decided to build our houses from completely environmentally friendly SIP panels with excellent structural and thermal insulation properties, which is still a new and innovative technology in Hungary.
We consider customer-centric thinking, commitment to quality, and reliability to be our core values. We have experienced, ourselves, that there are many deficiencies and much negligence by some builders in the construction industry. We are not working with so-called professionals, but with a construction team, authorized for construction jobs, that has participated in manufacturer’s training to build the home of your dreams.

What do we need to know about this organization?
The Business Initiative Directions, or B.I.D., was established in 1975 with the participation of 173 companies selected from many countries around the world. Its purpose is to recognize the companies and organizations that compulsorily recognize, introduce, and operate the quality principles of the Total Quality Culture announced by the B.I.D. The award was founded with the intention of drawing attention to the companies developed from own resources that have become known and recognized not only in their own country but also in other countries. An international committee decides on the receivers of the award based on recommendations or personal experience, as well as on international press coverage and market research data.
We are proud to be invited to an international event as the first original SIP house construction company of Hungary, and to be nominated for an award for our SIP technology, which is an innovation in Hungary.
