For example, the construction of a brick house is an amazingly time-consuming process, mainly due to the fact that the drying times required by the applied technology must be observed in all cases. Depending on the season, it may take several months.
Although brick houses have a long tradition in Hungary, unfortunately, the expertise of our fathers or grandfathers is hard to find today. We have noticed, ourselves, many deficiencies and much negligence from some builders in the traditional construction industry. Due to the great stability of the self-supporting SIP panels, the buildings do not require a separate frame structure, so the SIP houses are built in a much shorter time than houses built using “traditional” methods: turnkey homes can be built in as little as 120 to 160 days.
The SIP technology is the least labour-intensive construction method in Hungary today. After the assessment of needs, we support you in the decision-making from the beginning of the construction, and help you with the necessary paperwork. Due to the panels manufactured using the design drawings, there are no waste materials and no extra costs.
We build energy-saving homes with an AA++ energy rating. Due to the excellent thermal insulation of the SIP construction technology, our houses already meet the strictest energy standards.

In short, SIP (Structured Insulated Panel) is a unique, highly stable and environmentally friendly construction system for the construction of buildings with low energy consumption and of passive buildings. Due to the extremely good thermal insulation and structural properties of the SIP panels, much thinner wall structures are required during the construction, so the SIP houses provide more useful floor space for the family (e.g. it may be 6 to 7 m² more than of a normal 100 m² house). Moreover, with the 30 cm thick outer wall, the SIP house already achieves the thermal insulation required for the limits of a passive house.
